Rehabs

AHIP’s rehab specialists have more than 75 years of combined experience in comprehensive home rehabilitations, with our crew and partners having provided full-home rehabs to countless households since 1976. Our scope of work typically covers energy efficiency upgrades, safety modifications, electrical upgrades, plumbing, roofing, weatherization, and more.

Whereas emergency repair projects focus our team’s efforts strictly on addressing the most pressing repair needs, rehabs allow us to take a more comprehensive approach to fixing the underlying issues behind what we were called in for.

Energy Efficiency Upgrades

Often addressed naturally as a facet of the above our other primary programs, energy loss is one of the most common, yet unappreciated facets of untenable housing expenses. Doors that no longer sit properly on their hinges, worn-through sealant around windows, issues like these can cost homeowners hundreds without even registering as a problem in need of fixing.

AHIP partners with the Local Energy Alliance Program to conduct assessments that detect key energy inefficiency offenders. From here, our crew patches up leaks in order to help these homeowners cut one of their primary expenses significantly.
