Emergency Home Repair Program The Emergency Home Repair Program (EHRP) offers fast but limited assistance to families and individuals that find themselves faced with a serious housing problem. This funding has more flexible eligibility standards in order to assist households with the removal of a health or safety deficiency. Ownership of the unit is not mandatory but the total household income must be at or below 80% of the area median income and must be located in Albemarle County.
