This program is in place for families ready to purchase a home, but unable to afford the initial costs of home inspections, loan fees, and closing costs.

Eligibility Requirements

Available to those at or below 80% of median. Require credit report, landlord references, and criminal background checks. We accept Section 8 housing assistance on referrals. The average median income of Rent-To-Own clients we have served is 33%.
