This program works with families through Albemarle County’s Home Buyer Education Program to purchase their first home.

Eligibility Requirements

Mortgage products are available for buyers at or below 80% of median income, have good credit, have regular income, and some cash available as a down payment (typically 1% of contract price). Other funds are available to help with remaining down payment and closing costs.
