Application Process

The application process includes:

R $20 application fee per adult applying to cover the cost of credit report (s)

R Employment verification for each adult applying

R Rental history/landlord references for each adult applying

R Criminal report for each adult applying

R Current references for each adult applying

R Section 8 housing assistance accepted with referrals.
